		<description>Thanks Kenneth. I think you&#039;re dead on, agency evolution is definitely part of the future - agencies have no choice at this point. The old model won&#039;t work in a world where marketers have to be adaptive and reactive as consumers create content and react to marketing almost immediately. The question then becomes evolve into what? That&#039;s what we&#039;re researching right now - how agencies are evolving and how marketers should perceive them and work with them in this new age.</description>
