“Blogging” Proliferation…Introducing “Smoke”-Blogging…

Okay, so there’s no such thing as “smoke” blogging, but I thought I’d create it just to prove a point. With the wide distribution of wireless and wired devices that can be connected with the Internet, it’s absolutely fascinating that there are perhaps millions (if not billions) of people who are jotting their thoughts online – very similar to what I’m doing right now…and if you look online, there are plenty of “tech” words that people just slap “blog” at the end of and it becomes the latest craze…

What am I talking about? First it started with “blogging” and that only involved making your online journal and promoting it amongst your friends and they would leave comments and that would be the talk of the town. Now there are several other innovations – all based on this standard premise about “blogging”. What am I talking about?

  • Blogging
  • Vlog
  • mBlog
  • Photoblog
  • Music blogging
  • Lifecasting

Practically anything technological can be used to post your thoughts so the next greatest gadget to come out will soon make it easier for people to blog.
